My husband and I purchased a crib and dresser at this store BECAUSE we were assured that both items were in stock and could be delivered within a few days. The store delivered the crib on time but, five weeks later, still no dresser. The only explanation we were given was that the salesperson ""made a mistake."" Speaking with the manager was no help at all. He said he would look into the matter and call me back the following morning. Three days later, I called the manager and, since he seemed to not even remember our prior conversation, I had to explain the entire situation all over again. He gave me another number to call and the woman who picked up that line was even less helpful. She kept repeating that they have no control over their manufacturers and didn't know when a new shipment would arrive. What?! I was pregnant and about to pop! Why hadn?t they told me that from the beginning?! To top it off, when I asked that they cancel the order and credit my card, they forgot to include the tax in my refund. I had to call back and get that sorted out as well. I swear, it would have been easier working with monkeys! Cons: No customer service, staff is rude
