I have been taking my 2 year old Golden Retriever to Cha Cha's for about a year. I trust when she is at Cha Cha's that she is well taken care of and safe, which is the most important thing to me. They know her behaviors as well as I do, and they don't put up with her jumping or whining, which makes me happy because I wouldn't want them to reinforce any bad behavior. She has fun playing with the other large dogs, and she's usually tired by the time I get her home. In the summer she gets to play in the pool which she loves. I use them to board her, as well, and she is happy and well adjusted when I return. I have recommended Cha Cha's to friends and they have all been happy with their experiences.
