Businiess name:  Zeponie Pizza

Review content:
I've been going to Zeponie's for years. I really like their pizza. It's a bit on the expensive side, but for good quality food it's worth it. If you go at lunch time for the lunch special, the pizza is markedly lower quality -- so don't judge their pizza based on that. The problem I have with Zeponie's is not with the food, but with the customer service. It's not bad by any means, but I always find myself walking away feeling like they could be a bit more ... accommodating. It's just average. For example, I wanted to take advantage of one of their daily specials, then I wanted an additional pizza for which I had a coupon. I was *NOT* looking to combine the coupon with the special. But they would not honor the coupon. What is the difference between that and me making two separate orders? I get that they are a small business, and they are competing with all the chains. That's at least one reason I go there -- I want to support the local business, but they don't make it easy. In summary Pizza: 5 stars Price: 4 stars Customer Service: 3 stars
