Review content:
When Jolly Roger left its orginal location at 39th and Powell, I was worried about where one of my favorite fish & chips places was going. I needn't have worried, however, the ""new"" location is even closer to my neighborhood!
The food here has always been great, as far back as I can remember, and, unlike most businesses, refuses to give in to the horrible Change Monster. The same sign out front, and decorations in the bar are still there.
I always go to the restaurant, though, the bar is always too full of 'regulars' to be truly enjoyable. The basic fish and chips, and deep-fried mushrooms are my faves.
Pros: Good food, Nostalgic decor, Good seating options
Cons: Bar people wandering, Small parking area, Loud bar noise
