I have been an avid tanner for over 9 years and have never been in a salon that is as customer friendly as Toucan Tan. The staff, in my experience, has been very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I did my research before choosing Toucan Tan and truly believe that have they best tanning services in the Charlotte area. The prior post is the first negative opinion that I have ever heard in regard to Toucan Tan and their service. My friends, family, and co-workers all tan there on a regular basis and have never gotten anything but superior service.
Pros: great customer service, clean and the newest tanning beds
