We tried to get this company to repair a TV of ours. They would often take a week to get back to me or not respond to my emails unless I resent them. Their policy is not to schedule any appointments until the morning of the repair! In other words, you can't make any plans for the entire day until you've heard from them and their 'window' of time they will come to your home. They refused to schedule any time or window in advance. We've never heard of any company with a policy like that, and it's a very non-customer service oriented way to run a business. We went elsewhere.
