We arrived at 11am, was told the installation would take 1 hour & 45 minutes. I had my Wife, 4 year old, and my sister. So we went to lunch stood at the restaurant for 2 hours. Called them while there and was told another 45 minutes, so we waited 45 more minutes, then it was 20 more minutes. All the while, they thought it was funny too, no apologiez, just goofing around like they did not give a sh!t. Well 5 hours later we got our rims! They look HOT, and there using my pic on there website under GMC Denali. If you tell your customers from the begining that its going to take 5 hours, then fine, we would've brought another car and went home and came back. They did not offer us anything! While we waited with a 4 year old girl, who was crying why is this taking so long! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Pros: Best Price on Decent Rims, and Cheap Tires!
Cons: Customer Service!
