Review content:
I took my dog to John the groomer and was treated badly. He never finished my dog and initially told me he would take approximately 2 1/2 hours to groom my dog. When 4 hours had passed and I tried to call him without any success (left a message). I went back to his shop to see if my dog was done where John proceeded to tell me that he would not be done for hours since I did not comb or brush him properly. When I questioned him about the 2 hours, he handed me my dog who had been bathed and brushed. I left with me dog who wasn't finished. I would not recommend John to anyone. He is arrogant and doesn't know how to treat his customers.
