I am really sad while writing this review, because I expected Mariee to be great. I carefully selected bridal shops from reviews before I made an appointment here, because I only read great things. I live across the country from my family, so I only have two weekends to try on dresses with my mom and sister in town. When my mom came our experience was great - I let them know I would be back in two weeks to try on one of my favorites (I loved this gown). So this week I called to set up the time on Friday (this is after I had emailed also). I probably called the store 5 or 6 times without anyone giving me a straight answer on whether or not I would be able to try the dress on. (It had to be shipped b/c it was from a trunk show...but the designer knew of my timeline so she was happy to accommodate me.) Finally after showing up at the store in person because no one was calling me back, she told me someone would call me soon. I did receive a call 5 hours later, saying they could get the dress at the end of march for a fee of 150$. Just for me to try on. My sister is here tomorrow. To top things off, when I went into the store they had a complete different last name written down for me, and didn't have any record of the dresses I had tried on, I actually had to go online to the designers website to show her which ones. You wouldn't think they were tryin to sell wedding dresses. I hope others who go here do not have my experience. Pros: Great experience with the trunk show designer. Cons: Terrible experience with actual employees of the shop.
