Review content:
I am competitve and like to be the best at whatever I do. Having the stations set-up with the cardio machines in between sets made me want to do the most and best at all the stations in comparison to the others in the group. I worked so hard, I thought I was going to throw-up; just like the first time we were required to run the mile in 5th grade and I tried to sprint the whole way to beat the boys. I was sore the next day and my abs were tight. I loved that feeling!! The instructors are positive and right were you need them when you start to realize you forgot how to do that station. They push you to the limit you need to be pushed. Great workout!!
Pros: Fast, effective
Cons: A bit pricey, but cheaper and possibly more effective than having a trainer
