BUT WITH WORK AND FAMILY I DON""T HAVE THE TIME.....A FRIEND RECOMMENDED CIRCUITWORKS AND IN I WENT......BEST MOVE I MADE....ITS TAILOR MADE FOR ME, AWESOME WORKOUT AT ANY TIME OF DAY WITH THE BEST PEOPLE I'VE COME ACROSS...RAPHAEL, LILLY, LISA, MICHAEL AND JAMES ARE GREAT...THEY ALL HAVE SOMETHING DIFFERENT TO OFFER, ITS NOT INTIMIDATING, THEIR SKILL SETS MATCH ANY LEVEL OF FITNESS.....THE WORKOUT IS EFFICIENT, SMART, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY WORKS...BEEN GOING FOR 6 WEEKS AND HAVE LOST AND GAINED INCHES IN ALL THE RIGHT PLACES..
