This place gives you a great workout and the trainers are helpful, professional and friendly. And I would go there a couple of times a week if... it weren't so expensive! I can do two yoga/spinning classes down the road for the same price as one class here. I'm sure it's worth it if you have the money or if you were going to pay a personal trainer, but for me, I don't think I can justify the expense when I have a beach I can run for free along anytime! It's a shame, because I'm sure I'd get results at Circuitworks, and I like the vibe, it's just a bit out of my price range...
