Wow! That's all I can say. I have always enjoyed my fair share of meats including Lamb, Beef and others. I recently tried to begin trimming back my intake though and so we tried Be Le and their ""mock"" meats. The Lamb, Beef and Shrimp were really good and I was truly astonished at the flavors. The soups, spring rolls and the ""fresh"" vegetables were the perfect compliment to their Vietnamese portion of the menu. I would say that this is a true must try if you are ever in Tulsa, even if you aren't a vegan.
Pros: Healthy vegan style ""mock"" meats
Cons: The Location is somewhat obscure and easily passed by.
