Can't say how wonderful he is. And I've had lots of experience with ENTs. He performed serious surgery on me plus treated the relatively little stuff like ear aches & allergies. Absolute fantastic results. Plus he's a great person to be around. I wish all doctors were as good as he is. But, his office staff (reception, billing, scheduling) is heinous. Really deplorable. Couldn't get a message through the front desk when returning his call or have my phone number updated, get a remotely accurate bill, the answering service barely picked up and couldn't take the most simple note and, finally, the people answering the phone are impossible to understand (ironic, hard of hearing people go there for treatment and hearing aids), I don't want to be mean, but folks were generally brainless. I really hope Dr. Rastani can surround himself with better folks. (I've already shared all this with him in person). It's more than the doctor that makes a practice. I will go back, but with eyes wide open.
