Review content:
I have been attempting to work out a short sale with them for 6 months. All they seem to do is ""work"" the file for 30 minutes and then ignore it. They lose their clients' documents and ask for the same information several times. When you provide everything they need, they then will not fax or provide any confirmation. They just keep the property in limbo, in and out of foreclosure, that is costing everyone money while the home sits vacant and does no one any good. If we ran our businesses like this, we would all be bankrupt. When you finally get a smart, capable employee that can move the file, you lose them and no one will answer the phone or return calls. I have faxed them to have them call me. The possible buyer is about to give up because the market for price has gone down and the credit is harder to get, which means it is just tnot as good an investment in these properties as it used to be. Why does not Wilshire realize this--it is best to sell and respond quickly to good offers and get everyone off the hook and keep these homes occupied!!
