I just bought my 3rd new bike and was blown away by the service. The dealer I worked with loaded up the brand new bike with 0 miles on it and drove it all the way to my house in rush hour traffic just so I could better follow the break in instructions. That's customer service.
And a side note, I am a female rider in a same sex relationship and was treated with complete respect by everyone on staff all throughout my buying experience.
I had never been to Taylor Honda Sports before my experience, but from now on, I will not be going anywhere else.
