The Pizza Trio ordered garlic knots, the greek salad, the hot fresh mozzarella, the quattro formaggi pizza and a canoli. The salad was enough to share with the Trio and was very fresh and full of goodies. It had carrots, cucumbers, peperoncinis, feta, onions, tomatoes (we nix the olives but it comes with it) and a blend of spinach and romaine. It came with a balsamic dressing which was good but not right for the salad, a greek or vinagarette would have fit better. The garlic knots were good (although still not garlicky enough for us!) and came with marinara for dipping. Everything was put on hold when the hot mozzarella came out. It is served in a dish with olive oil and fresh basil on top and comes with garlic bread to put it on. This mozz was by far the most delicious bowl of cheese around! It's expensive ($11) but is a must! The pizza came out looking beautiful and although the Trio didn't realize it didn't have red sauce, it didn't need it. The crust was delicious (crisp and flaky- not mushy or greasy at all!) and the blend of cheeses (ricotta, pecorino romano, mozzarella and feta) was out of this world. It came topped with more fresh basil and garlic and was perfect! The canoli came out and had a combo chocolate/strawberry drizzle along the plate and two whipped cream dollops with sprinkles on them. The canoli was good enough on its own not to need anything else but the presentation did make us feel like little kids again! One member of the Trio asked for another to take home! We will return to try more but we all highly recommend this restaurant! Pros: hot mozzarella appetizer! Pizza! Cons: Small restaurant
