I met Dr. Magilke when he was an Ear Nose Throat specialist. When he changed his practic to facial plastic surgery I spoke to him about my jowls and sagging neck. He said a facelift would take care of these issues. I didn't expect to look 30 again but was willing to go through the surgery and expense (nearly $10,000) to look better. Unfortunately it was clear within weeks of the surgery that there was no improvement in either my jowls or neck. Dr. Magilke told me to give it a few more months and once the healing process was complete I'd see the true results. Several months passed and still no improvement. My friends and family were dumbfounded that I had a facelift and looked exactly the same as before. After numerous complaints to his office Dr. Magilke agreed to do another surgery. I had to take more time off from work - and the second surgery was a complete waste. No improvement whatsoever. Worse yet - the multiple surgeries left me with deep permanent scars around my ears and disfigured earlobes. I can no longer wear earrings because they do not sit properly in my ears. I can't wear my hair pulled up or behind my ears because the scars are obvious. I am writing this review in hopes of saving other people from a similar horrible experience with Dr. Magilke. Choosing him as my plastic surgeon is a decision I will regret for the rest of my life.
