I have to say, being a Nurse and working in the healthcare business for the last 10 years, I have came in contact with a LOT of paramedics and ambulance services. When we called Highlands in and requested TJ Kegley and Jesse Wimmer to transport a cardiac patient to WakeMed of Raleigh, I can't begin to tell you how nice these two gentlemen were to the family. Having past experience with them both and knowing how compassionate they are with patients was just refreshing to see that throughout the entire day of waiting on the bedcall, these two guys were still as caring as when they arrived.
Pros: Professional, knowledgable, caring and compassionate
Cons: NOT ENOUGH OF THEM!!!
