Daddy ""D""s is just another place that rates because of the cliente. The pork is alright, but not that good as bar-be-que. You got to have real bar-be-que, and Atlanta just doesn't have that many of them. The Best local ""que"" is the Old Hickory House at Northlake, in Tucker. Hickory House has been know for it's good Bar-be-que and its wonderful Brunswick stew!!! Daddy Ds Brunswick is junk. There is suqatache in it. That's not Brunswick stew. Stew can have chicken, pork, and beef, or a mixture of all three. (The old timers put rabbit, squirle, possium, and other meats in it alone with the other three or combinitations of all them). Also it has tomatoes, and a small hint of white corn. Yellow corn is for cows, hogs, chickens and horse, white is for the table!!! Take it from a Georgia Boy of 8 generations, since 1785!!!
