Chaba Thai has the best pad thai I have tasted in Portland. The presentation is wonderful, the way the food is not all mixed together is very chic. All the food is served and eaten on fiestaware and looks colorful, the beautiful bouqet of flowers when you enter. with ginger flower is an exotic enterence to the restaurant. Every dish I have ordered is great. The service is good. This is my favorite. I usually judge a place by it's pad Thai, but there is so much more to choose it's hard.
Pros: inexpensive, good food, good service
Cons: not enough parking
