I recently went to a auction jans towing conducts on saturdays from the time you register to the time you attend the auction there is unprofessionalism. The Ladies at the windows are rude and unprofessional and act as if they are doing you a favor. When you go to the yard to bid the security is horrible during the auction they keep you in 1 bunch ( a crowd of about 50 or more) I understand that because some people like to tamper with the vehicles. The security has a clear view of all the bidders. Before and during the auction there is this security guy continually harrassing you to stay away from the vehicles through out the auction you may step forward to bid and there he is please step away from the vehicle. No one has any intention to touching the vehicle security is within 2 feet of you. Also Jans is loosing money on the auction only accepting $100 increments when if you accept $25 increments they can make as much as $75 more per car.
Cons: very very unprofessional
