Businiess name:  Saticoy Nursery

Review content:
We purchased a tree for our front yard from Saticoy Nursery and paid Armando to install and prep the soil for the tree. Armando told my husband to water the tree 3 times a week, but the tree started to wilt soon after planting, so we started watering it everyday. Still, the tree continued to die. We called Saticoy Nursery and Armando told us to give it more time and assured us it would be fine. The tree just continued to die. Armando finally agreed to come out and replace the tree with another tree. The very next day, the leaves on the new tree were wilting, so we called Armando immediately. Armando explained that the tree was in shock, as he had to cut off the the roots because this tree had grown thru the container into the ground. So, basically Saticoy Nursery replaced the first dead tree with another tree that was destined to die because Armando cut off the roots, and now Saticoy Nursery refuses to replace the tree they basically killed before they ever installed it, unless we pay for another tree. Sound fair to you?.
