I was referred to this company by my homeowners insurance policy. My water heater was leaking and they dispatched a guy to come look at it. He was out that afternoon, told me that the tank needed replacement, explained that the insurance would pay for the new tank and labor, but wouldn't cover anything needed to meet new code regs. Broke down what I would need and told me it would be $385. He left and I went back to work. Got a call from the insurance company that afternoon telling me they approved the work. They dispatched a guy the following day and they were friendly and efficient. The quote they gave me was exact. I had zero problems with them.
