Although ""KEYTH"" may not be the cheapest deal in town, you certainly receive high-end value and service for the price you pay. We have always been able to reach a real person when calling and, their staff has always been prompt and professional. We even had a false alarm at 2am one night and were able to speak to a live technician that was able to help us get our system back to normal.
