Review content:
I Bought a trailer this summer from Trailer Town Olympia office. I had a big problem with a trailer ending up costing one hundred dollars more than displayed on their website for the exact same trailer. They had no explanation for this. After their walk around on the trailer to make sure everything was good, it was still missing a pin on the spit gate. I had to ask to get a pin. They replaced the pin with a bent and used pin. When i got home, i called the Rochester office to ask about the price. He just said to be happy with price and again offered no explanation. I used the trailer two times with about 1/2 hour of driving on both events and ended up with both side lights broken from rocks kicking up from the truck tires. I went back to the Oly office and they had no replacement. They sent me to the Rochester office and I bought one lens and a full unit and lens replacement due to only having one lens. They had no other replacement. Due to screw placement this lens is not available online or anywhere except in a full kit of that cost $40. Too much for a few lens. Because of this screw placement on the side lights they used, i would have to rewire a whole new light unit for both sides. I talked about this being a defect of placement with the Rochester office and they suggested i move the light.... Really, i need to fix this. and spend more money. If i need to move this light, there is a problem with the design. By the way, the light is in a different place on the smaller trailers. Hmmmm While offering no fix to this problem, they made me pay out of pocket to get replacement lens. I will spend next summer buying a new unit for both sides and it will take up my time to rewire and drill new holes into a brand new trailer i used twice. I did not argue, and over did myself with kindness when dealing with these people. They remind me of used car salesmen that are just after the sale. The Salesmen were nice to me, but the fix was for me to spend more money is unacceptable. They did not even seem concerned with the problem that caused this in the first place. I will not buy more lens to keep replacing these hard to get lens. They do have nice trailers here, but you better do your homework and make sure that your not replacing lights that should already be in a good place. Make sure all the pins are in place and don't except used pins for replacement
