I recently bought my first road bike from Russ at this bike shop. I would highly recommend talking to Russ. He is knowledgable, doesn't try to upsell, very patient and easygoing, and goes out of his way to help you with anything you need. He didn't push accessories to me and also gave me a great deal on my bike. I went to 3 other bike shops in the Pasadena area, but I'm willing to make the drive out to this shop because it is a large store and the salespeople are great. Russ even helped me with setting up the bike 'rac k' and storing my bike on there. This shop has a year of free tune-ups included with every bike. They also have a good website to check which bikes they have available at their shop.
Pros: parking in back, large selection, reasonable price
