Review content:
I moved into town. Looked up reviews on Banning Vet Hospital and was afraid to take my cats and dogs into them. I tried one vet in Yucaipa. Office and exam rooms had cement floor..my cat went twice, and had Xrays and still was hacking out a lung. I took my 14 year old beloved Siames, Chelea into Banning, tooks meds, showed vet. He took x ray, gave her a shot of steroids and fo first time in six months, cat isn' hacking. Took Jonah, snow leopard bengal in first. He had just been attacked by a COYOTE. I called first, and they were waiting! They NEVER asked me for a cash deposit or credit card, nor did I sign my life away. They tended immediately to Jonah...and I picked him up four hours later..and he completely healed. Both times the price was far below what I am used to paying in Phoenix, Az. The vet is a great guy. He explains everything to the whole family. and not as if you were three, but not as if you attended three years at uc Davis vet school either. THey DO NOT have emergency services there when they are closed. You have to go to Grand Terrace or Indio. I would like to do ""something"" so people have an emergency NIGHT and after hours vet clinic here in town. It is SO much needed! I can't really blame the vet for not wanting to meet folks all hours of the night and weekend to treat them, like they did in the old days. I guess vets too have to have time with their families. This place isn't 'fancy"" but it doesn't have cement floors either. They are quite friendly and as I said, the vet is great. He is saving our furry friends, keeping some money in our pocketbooks and has a great tableside manner.
