The staff too rude, awful, initially they will definitely make you feel and show you their friendly nature but once caught in lease, you would see the horrible reality.
Even after you move out, they not gonna leave you.
I just moved to different state and got the inspection from these guys includes all bullshits. These guys changed me for full carpet replacement and charged $1700 even if there were just few stains in living room. Sheet also shows Counter Top burnt, charged $2000, that was never burnt. They mentioned $450 for microwave not cleaned. I am planning to sue them.
Save yourself to not to get caught in long lease, once caught you will just regret.
