Review content:
This company is unethical and will use your deposit even if you have a cleaning crew come in they will still charge for cleaning and keep at least half your deposit. They will charge you for landscaping even though it was not done for you. They will charge for nail removal from walls even if you have done this and repaired the walls. They are a true slumlord Character. They say you can dispute these charges but the girl on the phone basically said they will take your request under advisement but will not return moneys. Does this sound ethical to you? They may try to dispute this review but who would you trust them to tell the truth? or People that have rented from them.
Cons: does not let you dispute any charges they feel they own you.
