Dont get your first payday loan here unless you want to deal with the most rudest, deceitful employees!!
I got my first payday loan from here a couple months ago, everything was great besides everytime I asked a question the lady (dont know her name) tried to get smart with me and talk to me like I was a child... I never even got my first loan free as promised until I rewrote my second loan and had to pay that off first....
What really hit the nail on the head was DENISE. I was unable to pay my recent loan off on the exact day it was due, I called to let them know and she said she could do a three day grace period for me. (This was on a Tuesday) and I could come in on Friday and pay it... Well today is Friday and what do you know? I am negative 500 dollars in my bank and when I called to talk to them they said a note had never even been made!!! I called back again and got that horrible woman denise. I asked how long the grace period was and she said ""weve been through this over and over"" really?
I told her no she promised I could come in today.. and she kept interrupting me wouldnt even let me speak.. I will never go back there again and I will make sure I let management if not corporate know about this. I felt mistreated and felt like she was trying to blame me for not calling them when infact I had thought I already set up a day to pay it... which was only 3 days!!! Most places will give you atleast 5 days to come in and pay it.. I cant believe how incompetent and GHETTO this place is!! Not to mention they will make you feel worthless for asking a question about anything!! .But I will give them their money and will NEVER go back!!
