Review content:
Like all waffle houses, the food was decent. The management, however, was awful. I personally do not enjoy listening to management disrespect and publicly embarrass their waitstaff for no reason whatsoever. Delita, the manager, not only made fun of her waitstaff in front of the entire restaurant, but continued to do so to the point where our waitress was in tears. I understand that if someone does something wrong, you correct them so that they do not continue to make the same mistake, but screaming at a woman in front of 15 or so customers, young children, and fellow workers is just not acceptable. I have worked in plenty of restaurants where I've been spoken to by management, however those managers were decent enough to pull me aside, out of earshot of my customers. Listening to her call one of the waitresses ""haglet"" was not cute. Neither was listening to her call the cooks ""lazy f*cking peices of sh*t"". Cracker Barrel is the next parking lot over...I strongly suggest you go there instead. Especially if you're with your family and don't wish to have your children, or elderly parents/grandparents, whoever listen to that bitter woman's vulgar language.
