When I called Just Right I spoke directly with Jo who repaired my washer. He asked questions and diagnosed the problem over the phone. He was also able to give me an estimation of cost based on his analysis. He arranged to arrive on the same day of my call and when he arrived he had all the parts he needed to repair my appliance. He showed me the parts he was replacing, and also found that another part needed replacing. He did this repair for no additional cost. The entire repair was $125. Parts and service were covered for the same cost as a service call without parts from Sears. Jo was a pleasure to work with, very nice, and also witty. Just Right Appliance repair is a good name for this company. My service was just right!
