There is a hair goddess and her name is Natasha! I was in Bend on vacation from Colorado and desperate for a haircut --not just any haircut, but a great haircut. Natasha was recommended as was Tangerine. When I left, I felt like a queen. Here are the highlights: Personality, Price, Parking (right in front) and Pert, ""Posh Spice"" haircut (per my request & photo)! Natasha - who is totally applealing - listened to me but also gave me her opinions - key! She also explained how she was styling my hair and suggested a specific shampoo. (No sales pressure as it wasn't even a product she sold.) I highly recommend Natasha and bet it's a safe bet to visit any of the stylists at Tangerine. What a gem, what a find!
