Review content:
In the last year the 'Good'will in Denham has become more like a FOR PROFIT second hand store, with prices that are occasionally higher than retail. Prices in general have more than doubled on many kinds of items and is absolutely ridicously high in some cases. All this seemed to take effect when there was a shift in policy once management changed at the top of the company. Certain items increased - jeans- 2.49 to 5.95, belts .99 to 1.99. and anything MISC items NOT addressed in register has the managers option for pricing. a delapidated wheelchair that needed the seat replaced -$75.00 Come-on! a person that needs a wheelchair? $75 - I just don't get it.
Store Managers must be getting paid on commissions now!
Pros: friendly staff, clean store, adequate parking
Cons: PRICES, PRICES, PRICES
