Review content:
I took my computer into Mad Dog with a clicking clunk noise which they diagnosed as a failed hard drive and gave me my options. They weren't able to recover my information since the drive was bad but they talked with me, explained various options to try to get my info back and let me decide what to do. I've been to some places where the staff talked AT me and TOLD me what I was going to do. This place actually has conversations where they LISTEN and answered my questions and asked me what I wanted to do. I like that.
