Honestly, I have never met a more compassionate, gentle dentist than Dr. Hicks, and can never say I have felt more comfortable. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. I used to be a dental assistant years ago, before becoming a Labor and Delivery RN. I can say that working in healthcare, you come across many personality types. Dr. Hicks is gentle, and takes his time when working on my teeth every time to ensure quality. He never rushes any procedure, INCLUDING the anesthetic, or ""shots"" if you will! I was highly recommended by numerous people, and even though going to the dentist is a nerve-racking experience, I can see why others are very impressed with this establishment. Thank you Dental First!
