My husband and I took both of our cars to Pristine Auto Spa right when they opened this Sunday. Husband ordered the bronze wash and I the gold wash (to have the leather interior cleaned). Both cars were quite dirty on the outside and the floor mats because we have been so busy the last few months with our jobs. His car came out first and just looked awful, all of the corners still looked dirty and the bumpers were still spotty looking. The tires were not clean. My car was a disaster. The inside of the windshield was smeared, as were the interior windows. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this until after I pulled away - but one of the screws was missing from the license plate holder. One of the employees absolutely should have called this to my attention. I realize it's not their fault, but they should have had the courtesy to point it out. What if my plate had completely fallen off on my way home? Everyone working there was incredibly flat, not helpful in the least, and both cars look as good as if I had merely rinsed them with the garden hose. This was the last time of several unpleasant visits to Pristine Auto Spa. I strongly suggest people find another place to take their cars.
