Review content:
Palmetto Point has a friendly enough staff, but are definitely understaffed. They seem to have only one maintenance guy for the entire complex. They tailor to bad renters and seem to attract the same. We had a leak that flooded our dining room and soaked it (ruining our furniture). We notified the office who sent over carpet cleaners - THREE WEEKS LATER! They didn't replace carpet or padding, just ran a vacuum over it, even though it was dry by then, and moldy. We reported a broken dishwasher that they said needed to be replaced, that was 8 months before we moved, and they NEVER fixed or replaced it. They have a pool that is not open for use, and hasn't been for over a year and a half. I would save the hassle and look elsewhere. Pros: Affordable Cons: bad maintenance
