My sons xbox 360 broke and he was begging me to get him a new one. I asked him what was wrong with it and looked on the internet to find a place that could fix it. I found Pid0uble Computers through a search and it was only a couple blocks away. I called and spoke to Josh. He made an appointment for me to bring it by with all the accessories. After a few minutes of messing around with it he was able to get it working. He let me know that it was a problem with the power supply. I guess a simple connector in the power supply was not making contact with a connection on the xbox 360 or something. He simply readjusted it and the thing started right up. Ready for the best part? He didn't charge me a dime. Talk about customer service. I was about to pay out $200.00 for a new one and he fixed it for free. He even talked to me about preventive maintenance. I gave him $20.00 even though he insisted not to. I wanted to let everyone know about the great service and if your sons xbox 360 ever breaks call Josh at Pid0uble Computers. Such a nice guy.
