I recently purchased a brand new CRV from here. I was very pleased with the sales staff, I easily found the one i wanted and was helped very promptly and i even got a great deal! After driving it for a week or two i noticed that it vibrated on the highway, brakes shook, and seemed to pull to the right on certain roads. I brought it to the service department on a friday afternoon and spoke with cj. He said they were i little backed up but would get to me asap. After about a hour and half wait i got the car back, turns out that the tires needed to be balanced, the rotors were warped, and that the alignment was off. A little concerned since it was a brand new car! I soon found out that all my problems were fairly common and that they were all fixed! The technician even showed me the alignment print out and explained the adjustments. Me knowing nothing about cars my experience here made me feel i was well taken care of. I have not had anymore problems with my CRV and will for sure come the Auto Park Honda again!
