It all began with the ""Red Ring of Death"" on my Xbox 360. I took it to Pro RC Fix It and they said they could fix it with no problem. Two weeks later they billed me eighty dollars. After I brought it home, it no longer worked with my Kinect. They charged me twenty dollars to upgrade my Xbox. Within a week the ""Red Ring"" was back and they charged me another eighty dollars saying it was a different error. The next day it had an error code. I took it back to them and they told me they couldn't fix it. Since they were a pawn shop, I asked if I could trade 20 games, a Kinect, a Rock Hero Drum Set, 3 controllers and the Xbox. They said I would have about two hundred and fifty dollars in credit. At the time I needed a computer, so they told me they would give me a great computer with a flat screen monitor, keyboard and mouse. They sent me on my way with an acceptable computer and called me within 10 minutes and told me it was a computer that belonged to a client and could I please bring it back. After bringing it back, I was sent with just an old tower and was told they would have the rest of it to me by the end of the week. When I got the computer home I found it didn't work at all. It just displayed a blue screen. I took the tower back that day and was told it would be fixed right away. I stopped in once a week to check on my computer. Every week was a different excuse. I was incredibly polite and patient. Since they were not able to fix the computer in a reasonable amount of time, I bought a new one and asked if I could get a Nintendo Wi instead. I was told no problem! Finally after 4 more months of waiting and checking in once a week, I caught the owner at the business. He was incredibly short with me and told me the computer was worth fifty bucks and that was all the credit I was going to get. I was SHOCKED! After six months of being strung along, I couldn't get my Xbox and all accessories back, the computer or the Nintendo! I was given a small Kodak camera and was sent on my way. I was FURIOUS! I plan to complain on every sight possible! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH PRO RC FIX IT SHOP!
