I hope that anyone reading this will reconsider their choice in AMA to cover their important occasion. While I don't doubt they have managed to please some of their customers, it appears that they have also left alot of us more than disappointed with the service they provide, and have done nothing to try and make amends.
Cons: unprofessional, unreliable, poor customer service
