Since L'Orangerie closed, my wife and I have been searching for a special occasion restaurant with refined decor and excellent, interesting cuisine. In early November after a lot of web surfing made us feel that we were unlikely to find a place that suited us, we finally settled on settled Cicada to celebrate a couple of professional milestones. Our Saturday evening restored our faith that special places can still be found. The service was attentive, but not rushed, the food was beautifully presented and excellent, and the chef's table visit was an added treat.
