This is the most awful experience I have ever had. This company is disgustingly unprofessional. I have never in my life been treated this way and I have worked with several agencies regarding insurance policies. The owner of the business had the nerve to yell at me on the phone and tell me he doesn't want my business all as a result of me being unhappy with the service provided.
Don't bother giving these people your time or energy - they don't deserve to be in business treating customers this way.
