I just moved into this place a couple months ago. The location is amazing! And that is the only reason anyone should ever live here because management is HORRIBLE. In my short time here, they have turned off the water on me 3 times with absolutely no notice. There are a lot of plumbing issues, water coming through the actual ceiling, water coming out of the pipes in the car port, the toilet over flowing and a flood in the hallway. They refuse to call a plumber and just keep having the same maintenance men ""repair"" it. They take over 3 weeks to take care of work orders and some things they just completely ignore and claim ignorance when we put in a request a month ago. The toilet has overflowed 3 times with no warning and even though we only have one bathroom, they would not repair until the next day. I have asked for an emergency maintenance number and they will not give me one. Now there is a sign on the manager's apartment door asking not to disturb them. Moving in here was a big mistake and I strongly urge you to look into this place further before moving in. Also, the gym is old and dusty and the jacuzzi is never serviced and off limits.
