My wife and kids chose to meet some out of town family members at Malones because of the proximity to the airport. One of our guests ordered their meal a few minutes after everyone else. It was almost an hour later and she never received her food. The waitress (who was very nice and professional) explained that they forgot her order because they had a large party come in after us. I asked to speak to the manager because at that time, it was too late for our guest to eat, and we needed to cancel her order. The manager did not so much as even apologize and was extremely rude. He gave us the impression that he just did not care?partly because there was a larger party than us in his restaurant. We did not ask for anything, even a discount on our meal, but I was appalled at his lack of concern and his attitude in general. We will definitely never eat there again due to the management. We are extremely disappointed.
