We had a very good experience boarding our two dogs with LV Dog Resort, and considering I was very hesitant at boarding them at all, and almost backed out of our trip because of my fears, ?that says a lot. I was given a tour of their facility, including the play areas and room my dogs would stay in before making the decision, and again shown their room when we dropped them off. We were told everything upfront, including when our credit card would be charged, vaccinations necessary, what we could bring( we were allowed to bring everything we asked to make our dogs more comfortable), etc... Heidi went out of her way to calm my fears, as did Alexis, and we were sent text messages, with pictures AND video, daily, to give us updates and let us know how well they were doing. ?When we picked them up, Brandy was great and helped us pack everything back into our car. The fact that they were able to give us peace of mind that our dogs ( truly members of our family, and very much like our kids!) were in good hands, was HUGE!! Thank you to Heidi, Alexis, Brandy, and everyone else at LV Dog Resort who took such good care of Mort and Dickey! ?
