2 guys (Brandon & Bryant) showed up today to shampoo a few rooms of carpet in my home . I scheduled or 4 rooms to be cleaned and once they got there asked what the price would e a a very tine hll that connects the bedrooms, I was told that the charge for that extremely small piece of carpet would be $21.00 I was upset aout this because EVERY other carpet cleaning service that I've used in the past 12 years have never charged an additional charge for this small piece of carpet. Secondly I have smal pieces of rugs (as runners) in front of my family room sectional and leading into laundry room, the technicians didn't shampoo the pieces but instead put them on top of my sectional. (who places dirty carpet pieces on furniture) Not to mention this carpet is so wet that it may take at least a day to dry. I was nly going to try Stanley Steemer out to see if I wanted to leave my more affordable and more accommodating carpet cleaning company. Can't say that I will be able to give a good review to ay one about the service I just had. I will post this same review on YELP, Faebook and Google. A not so happy customer.
