Review content:
I've been to Yogli Mogli's Roswell Rd. location a couple of times, and I absolutely love it. The create-your-own healthy frozen treat concept is one that has popped up in a couple of places around town recently. Put me down as a huge fan. If you were one of those kids that liked to create ""suicides"" at the soda fountain by mixing a little bit of each beverage in your cup, then Yogli Mogli is definitely your place...and if you weren't one of those kids, you'll still probably like it!
As you walk in you'll see a wall of 16 soft serve froyo spigots featuring flavors like NY cheesecake, island banana, cappuccino, as well as your basic vanillas and chocolates. You'll grab your rather large one-size-fits-all cup and then make your selection(s). Mixing flavors is part of the Yogli Mogli experience, so try to think outside the box a little (mixing strawberry and banana doesn't count - there's already a stawberry-banana flavor spigot!). Once you've filled your cup with the frozen stuff, slide over to the toppings bar and scoop in whatever crunched up candies and fresh fruits you think will complete your custom-made treat the best. If it tastes awful, you've got nobody to blame but yourself!
The pricing structure is simple - you pay for what you get (per ounce). Unfortunately, unlike the soda fountain Yogli Mogli does not offer free refills. At the time of this review Yogli Mogli has two locations but per their website more are on the way - including one in Emory Village. That's the one at which you'll find me during snack time.
Pros: Delicious DIY frozen yogurt
Cons: no free refills :(
